Bridal Hair Styling Terms & Conditions

By paying your booking fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Fee & Payment

A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.
Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to your wedding date.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.
Patrice McNee Hair Styling reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

Mobile bridal hair services are available throughout the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Brisbane and surrounding regions.
Travel fees are quoted separately.
Parking fees, tolls, ferry charges and venue access fees are the responsibility of the client.

Once your booking has been confirmed, reducing the number of services will not reduce your quoted price. The original quoted amount remains payable in full.
Additional services may be added where availability permits and will incur additional charges.
Any changes to locations, timings or services must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

Minimum booking requirements may apply for Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and peak wedding season dates.
These minimums will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

The client agrees to:

Have all hair clean and completely dry unless otherwise advised.
Ensure all members of the bridal party are present and ready at their allocated styling time.
Provide a safe, clean and suitable workspace with adequate lighting.
Inform Patrice McNee Hair Styling of any allergies, sensitivities or scalp conditions prior to the wedding day.

Clients are welcome to supply their own hair extensions.
Patrice McNee Hair Styling also offers premium hair extensions available for hire or purchase. Colour matching is available upon enquiry before your wedding day.
For the best results, we recommend using our professionally colour-matched extensions.
Patrice McNee Hair Styling cannot guarantee the quality, condition, colour match or performance of hair extensions supplied by another company and accepts no responsibility for their performance during or after the service.

Inspiration photos are welcomed and used as a guide only.
Every client's hair type, length, density and condition is unique.
Patrice McNee Hair Styling will use professional judgement and artistic discretion to create the most suitable style based on your individual hair.

A personalised schedule will be created for your wedding morning.
Clients are expected to be ready at their allocated time.
Delays caused by the client or bridal party may result in services being shortened or omitted. Full payment will still apply.

Any concerns regarding your hairstyle must be raised before the stylist leaves the venue so adjustments can be made where possible.
Once the stylist has left the premises, all services are deemed accepted.

Patrice McNee Hair Styling provides all services with reasonable care and professional skill.
Once the stylist has left the premises, Patrice McNee Hair Styling accepts no liability for the hairstyle due to weather conditions, humidity, wind, rain, perspiration, dancing, sleeping, interference by others, transport, veils or accessories, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
Patrice McNee Hair Styling is not responsible for allergic reactions where allergies or sensitivities have not been disclosed prior to the appointment.

Photographs of completed hairstyles may be taken for use on social media, marketing materials and the Patrice McNee Hair Styling website unless requested otherwise in writing before the wedding day.

The 30% booking fee is strictly non-refundable.
If the client cancels the booking, any monies paid are non-refundable.
Patrice McNee Hair Styling reserves the right to cancel a booking due to illness, emergency, unsafe working conditions or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where possible, every effort will be made to source a replacement stylist. If this is not possible, payments made (excluding circumstances outside reasonable control where permitted by law) will be refunded.

No refunds will be provided for completed services where the client has accepted the hairstyle before the stylist leaves the premises.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
